Qualifications and Experience

This position is responsible for overseeing the Project related Capital expenditure at the Airport, including effective implementation of internal checks and control in conjunction with all stakeholders including Project, Regulatory, F&A, ABEX, Treasury and provide all kind of finance and accounts support required by Project team including checking of bills as per contract, project cash flow management, project vendor reconciliation, monitoring capex with the Regulatory filings and preparation of related MIS on project progress.
Key Responsibilities of Role

Checking of bills submitted by vendors as per terms and conditions of contracts and prevailing laws.
Implications of various tax laws and ensuring compliance.
SOP to be followed to ensure timely payments to vendors.
Need to follow up with stakeholders/ABEX to ensure payment as per contract terms.
Cash flow planning of project and update to HO treasury as per SOP to arrange fund.
To ensure optimal use of cash flow to match no variance vs projections at month end.
Various MIS related to projects including capex MIS, track on project progress, AERA VS Actual status.
Track and monitor all Project related expenditure in conjunction with the Regulatory to ensure appropriate documentation is maintained in line with the AERA filings and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

Chartered Accountant with 5-7 years of Project Management experience and/or with an Engineering cum Finance background with knowledge of Project Management .
Experience of handling big infra projects is a must Knowledge of SAP and working experience under shared services environment is an added advantage.
